Private Primary and Nursery Schools underpaid teachers, Barbers and Poor Peoples
நமது மடத்தின் சார்பில் தஞ்சை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள தனியார் நர்சரி பிரைமரி மற்றும் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளி ஆசிரிய, ஆசிரியைகள் 800 பேர், முடி திருத்துவோர் 300 பேர் தினக்கூலி தொழிலாளர்கள் 300 பேர், ஆட்டோ ஓட்டுனர்கள் 300 பேர் என மொத்தம் ஆயிரத்து 700 பேருக்கு ரூ. 17 லட்சம் மதிப்பிலான நிவாரண உதவி வழங்கும் நிகழ்ச்சி தொடக்க விழா இன்று 30.05.21 நிகழ்ச்சி நடந்தது. இதில் தமிழக பள்ளி கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி, அரசு தலைமை கொறடா கோவி செழியன், எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் துரை சந்திரசேகரன், நீலமேகம், மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் கோவிந்தராவ், போலீஸ் எஸ்பி தேஷ்முக் சேகர் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
We have started the second phase of Covid-19 relief service today on 30.05.21, Sunday at 2 p.m at Thanjavur Medical College.
We have identified 800 Private Primary and Nursery Schools underpaid teachers from villages and towns in the revenue district of Thanjavur. They are low paid already, now during this pandemic they are getting minimum Rs. 1000 to 2000 per month with difficulty.
Today the Honorable Minister for School Education of Tamil Nadu Sri. Anbil. Mahesh Poyyamozhi attended our function where he started the distribution of assorted grocery kits worth Rs 1000/- each for the teachers. The Chief Whip of Tamilnadu government, the two Members of Legislative Councils of Thanjavur and Thiruvaiyaru and the District Collector of Thanjavur participated in the function.
As part of the service by Sri Ramakrishna math, Thanjavur, the distribution of groceries worth Rs. 1000/- to 700 teachers (including school nurses) working in the lowest income group in private schools, was completed yesterday.
The service activity was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Minister of School Education, Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi. He told that he will discuss with the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the difficulties faced by private school teachers. Accordingly, the Chief Minister had issued a positive statement yesterday on the welfare of private school teachers.
We are happy that the small relief work done by us attracted the attention of the state. Jai Shri Ramakrishna!
Groceries at a cost of Rs 7 lakh were distributed as part of the relief work to a total of 700 teachers in 75 private nursery, primary and matriculation schools who applied for relief in Thanjavur Revenue District.
Corona 2.0 pandemic relief service done by Sri Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur on 08.06.21. Distributed grocery kits to 50 poor people, each worth Rs.1000/-. Also Dr. Kalaimakal, Naturopathist gave tips on health and how to increase immune power to the people.
We distributed relief items today to 78 destitute people belonging to the Gypsy community of Pudukudi village near Thanjavur.

As the prasadam of Bhagwan Sri Ramakrishna each of them were given Rs 1000/- worth Groceries kit. Thanjavur Ko. Siddhar presided over the event. Gist of his talk: By taking proper nutritious food we can save our body from many diseases. Water based food supplements will help to enhance our bodily defense mechanisms.
As thanks giving the artists gave a short performance on the terrace of the math. You can see the Lord Brahadeeshwara temple from our terrace.

Generally, in all our services, we invite income affected and selected groups of people and make them listen to Swami ji and his teachings and give a laminated picture of the Holy Trinity. Also there will be a collective prayer very suitable to the present pandemic state in which all participate with the Shraddha.
